Lancaster Police Athletic League Youth Leadership Program

 

The National Police Athletic League Youth Leadership Program encourages youth to become active citizens and positive influences in their local community. The Lancaster PAL recognizes the potential of our young people to be the leaders of tomorrow by starting today, and that leadership does not happen by accident but that it is a result of choices, actions and commitments made to themselves and others. Through regular meetings and community service opportunities, members will develop into strong leaders, in their actions and words. This program will help participants shape our communities today and in the future. 

Youth success depends  greatly upon their leadership skills, standing up for their beliefs and finding ways to help people work together to achieve common goals.
